That doesn't excuse the fact that Touretzky has bomb instructions on
his website.

I am just a private Scientologist. It was Touretzky that harassed me
by mailing me **** in the mail. He still has not denied having done it
but he knows my claims. He is posting himself in usenet frequently.

It is certainly better to use the court system for disagreements than
blowing people up.

At least you came to this conclusion. Touretzky likes the dirt,
otherwise he would have not put it on his site. There are a million of
other choices to make your case of promoting freedom of speech than
putting bomb instructions and **** on your website.
