Jeff, there are limitations to freedom of speech. ***ual harassment is
no freedom of speech, and telling people how to make bombs is no
freedom of speech either, because people may have to die as a result
of that information.

This earth is not a sane place. Even if you put a little note
underneath your bomb instructions and information about how to throw
bombs in police cars, that people should not do that, Dave Touretzky,
you, and anybody else knows that there are numerous people who just
want to blow up others and they screw the law and warnings. Touretzky
claims no responsibilty for what other crazy people construct and
build after the instructions on his website, but he tells them how to
do that. What a dangerous s****!

Only because there are also other criminals out there who tell
terrorists on the web how to blow up things and people, doesn't mean
for Touretzky, a university educator (!) to act same reckless.

I also remind you that the young man who had the same bomb
instructions on his website was arrested by the FBI. His website was
removed. What do you think makes Touretzky innocent by putting that
dangerous stuff back on his site?

There are millions of example in which Touretzky could make his point
on freedom of speech. Endangering other peoples'lives and degrading
others through ***ual perversions, persecuting religion, are the worst
examples!

Anyway, Jeff, if you, or anybody you love will be disabled or killed
through a bomb that was build after Touretzky's or another madman's
instructions, you will be a changed man. You will regret your words
that freedom of speech should allow detailed information on how to
build and throw bombs. The world is too crazy for that information,
how come you have not noticed that?

The right to live unharmed is a constituional right that is superior
to freedom of speech. If freedom of speech harms or endangers the
constitutional right of people to live a peaceful and happy life, you
can't say it. It would be unconstitutional. Touretzky's bomb
instructions are unconstitutional because he endangers other
constitutional rights. His persecution of religion also violates the
First Amendment.
