I just failed in a business attempt and now the only way I can see my life
improving is to get some form of degree or other certification that will
lead to a better job. How can I do this when I have to wark full time
just
to pay my family's bills and survive. Is there any program that will
allow
me to go to school full time AND help me to cover my living expenses?
