HR 941 was Rep Sue Kelly's sponsered bill to
give FULL Income tax deduction for college
tuition.
Does anyone know if this bill was finally passed
or what is its status?
It was stuck in committee for well over a year
with no action taken but the new
Democrat party controlled congress
has begun action on a number of such
stalled bills.
